1. Service Delivery
Our service involves a technician visiting your private UK residence to perform digital safety and parental control configuration on your home network and devices. All technicians adhere to a professional code of conduct.
2. Payment and Cancellation
Payment for the chosen package is due immediately after the session is completed and you have confirmed satisfaction with the setup. Cancellation of a booked in home visit must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
3. Service Limitations
While we use industry leading tools and best practices, we cannot guarantee the complete blocking of all malicious or age inappropriate content, The ultimate responsibility for online safety remains with the parent or guardian.
4. Data and Privacy
We do not store or retain any private passwords after the session concludes; you sign in on your own devices. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle contact and booking data.
